We are ready to pay you for putting MXG logo on your stickers. All you need to do is to check the box while placing your order.

We accept only payments via PayPal because we believe that this is the safest and fastest way to make transactions.
First of all! We are not a retail company, we produce every sticker personally for you. We try and pay attention to every client’s request and confirm every order before producing it.
You can get full refund before we have started producing your stickers. That usually happens in about 24-48 hours after you placed your order. In that case you have to contact us at email@example.com and ask for a refund. Your money will be returned to your credit card or paypal account within 3-4 working days.
When we can not accept the return
- Stickers do not look like the ones we send you (We take photos of every order before shipping)
- You have already put your stickers on your bike (All of them or parts of the set)
- If you took your stickers to the a studio, have someone else put them on your bike and as a result things went wrong.
- If for some reason (wrong address, not called for, etc…) the package has been returned to us, the buyer is responsible for paying the shippig costs for resending the package. In this cases returns are not accepted.
How to make a return
- The decals should be returned within 4 days after receiving them.
- The shipping costs for returning the decals should be paid by the buyer.
- When a return has been made, you receive a full refund only after we receive and inspect the package.
If your parcel was damaged during shipping
- Please check the package before accepting it. If it has visible damage, do not sign for it.
- Take detailed photos of the damaged parcel.
- Ask your postal services to issue an offical statement that the package was damaged during shipping.

If WE made a mistake (it hardly ever happens , but we all are humans here, right?)
If you think we made a mistake and you’ve recieved not what you ordered:
- Take a detailed photo of the stickers
- Send us your photos and describe the situation at email@example.com. Do not forget to tell your order number and other contact information.
- If it is in fact our mistake, we make you new correct stickers and send it to you asap.
