We produce every sticker set specially for you! It can take 3-4 working days after you placed your order.

We ship orders twice a week. After you order has been shipped, you will recieve tracking informatonan via e-mail. Usually it takes a couple of weeks for the package to reach it’s final destination.

Our standart worldwide shipping is EMS Express. If you want to change the the shipping company or have any other requests and concerns, please contact us at info@mxg.one

We accept only payments via PayPal because we believe that this is the  safest and fastet way to make transactions.

We are not a retail company, we produce every sticker personally for you. We try and pay attention to every client’s request.

The production process usually takes 3-4 working days after you have placed your order.

Our stickers are made from the high quality vinyl materials on the market – 3M and ORACAL. We have been doing it for a long time and can swear by the quality and durability of our decals.

You will get an instruction with every order. Read it carefully before applying the stickers.

1. When we can not accept the return:
   1. Stickers do not look like the ones we have sent you  (We take photos of every order before shipping)
   2. You have already put your stickers on your bike (All of them or parts of the set)
   3. If you took your stickers to a studio, have someone else put them on your bike and as a result, things went wrong.

   If WE made a mistake (it hardly ever happens , but we are all humans here, right?) 

   If you think we made a mistake and you recieved not what you ordered:
   1. Take a detailed photo of the sticker
   2. Send us your photos to info@mxg.one. Do not forget to tell us your order number and other contact information.
   3. If it is in fact our mistake, we make new correct stickers and send it to you asap.

   If you changed your mind, you can also get full refund before we started producing your stickers. That usually happens in about 24-48 hours after you placed your order. In that case you have to contact us and ask for a refund. Your money will be returned to your paypal account within 3-4 working days.
